Producing 469 hp and 516 lb-ft/tq, this AMG super-seden was manufactured during a time that many consider to be the Golden Age of AMG automobiles. Formerly under the care of senior adult ownership, this original-paint CLS55 AMG is in exceptional cosmetic and mechanical condition throughout. Under previous ownership it has been fastidiously dealer serviced to include front Airmatic struts, rear air bags, alternator, fuel pumps, valve cover gaskets, SBC pump, power steering fluid filter and flush, windshield washer motor, and both batteries. Most recently, new all-season Michelin Pilot Sport tires were installed at 37,000 miles and oil, filters, transmission service, brake fluid, crankshaft position sensor, sway bar link ball joint replacement were performed within the last 1,000 miles. $18,000 worth of service work has been performed within the last 9,000 miles.

This 2006 Mercedes Benz CLS55 AMG presents extremely well, though it does have a handful of minor cosmetic imperfections commensurate with age and originality but does not detract from its overall superb condition.

Collectors and enthusiasts alike appreciate the the M113k “55 Kompressor” cars for their exceptional combination of value, performance, and reliability that has been unmatched by any of the AMG products that followed. The 2005-2006 cars are the most desirable as they have multiple enhancements over the earlier models. The CLS 55 is a one year only model for North America with only 2,765 imported. It is the rarest and arguably best sedan produced by the marque, which could be described as a modern-day AMG Hammer for its confluence of brute force and old-world Mercedes Benz quality and refinement.
